Amazon Generic Prescription Drugs

I think Amazon should sell generic prescription drugs.
A 30 day supply of Lipitor can cost over $200 in some stores, whereas a generic version can cost quite a bit less, depending on where you get it. Costco for example sells their generic version for about $16.
The trouble is, it's not easy finding a store that has reasonably priced prescription drugs. That's why I think it would be great for Amazon to sell generic prescription drugs. Not only do they have the buying power to insure a low price, but they have the logistics to insure fast shipment in all 50 states.
When you couple this with Amazon's Subscribe and Save program, for automatic delivery, they have just what it takes to become the leader in generic prescription medication.
