10-4 Siri. Siri Needs a Better Way to Know When You're Done Talking.

Don't you hate it when you start to ask Siri for something and it cuts you off before you finish asking?
This happens to me almost every day. I'll push the button on my headset and say something like "Remind me to get some", and before I even have a chance to say what I wanted, it cuts me off and says "Okay, I'll remind you". Since I never even finished the sentence, it adds a worthless item to my Reminders List that says "Get some". Brilliant.
Sometimes this happens if I pause for a fraction of a second between words, so I find myself talking fast to avoid any pauses, but it still cuts me off mid-sentence more often than it should.
What I don't understand is why Apple doesn't offer an option to let Siri know when you're done talking. When you're pushing the home button or the headset button, it should simply keep listening until you let go. This would be super easy, and it would give you a lot more time to say what you have to say. Think of it as verbal punctuation for Siri.
When you're working completely hands free, by saying "Hey Siri...", all it needs is a command to tell it when to stop listening, such as saying "10-4", as people used to do with CB radios. Ideally, it would be great if you could redefine the end phrase so you can make it something like "okay", "Got it", or simply, "thanks Siri".
Once you have clear commands to start and stop Siri, you can just lift up your Apple Watch and say "Hey Siri, remind me to get chicken, (pause) dog food, cat treats, and (pause) cat litter, 10-4", and it can wait until 10-4 to stop listening. Without a voice command, it cuts off after even a very short pause.
